I love this Starbucks! I live on the East Side of Green Bay and I don't mind driving a few extra minutes to come here. I've never had a bad experience. The baristas who work here are super friendly and you can tell they love making coffee. I recommend this Starbucks to everyone.

This Starbucks is at a very nice location, close to the mall and close to the hwys. Baristas are friendly and the service is really fast, and even when there's a line it doesn't take that long to get your drinks. 5-star location for sure. :)

Got a straight black coffee that was 1/3 grounds. When I called to complain, they actually hung up on me!

The day I dropped in, the Starbucks staff was unable to offer regular coffee due to mechanical problems, so they were recommending another coffee drink instead. I expected to be charged for a regular coffee and complained when they didn't offer a price reduction. A staff member told me she'd suggested that earlier and had been told to charge full price. Apparently "bait and switch" is acceptable business practice at Starbucks.

This starbucks is still pretty new to the area, but has a good vibe when you walk into it. To me it seemed to be brighter than most starbucks I've ever been to, but then again they have big windows in the front of the store. The employees still seemed to be trying to get a hang the recipes (my exp.) and the speed, but they are very friendly.

This is probably the most convenient Starbucks location in relation to the airport in Green Bay. It's a pretty decent location, but they seem to have trouble making coffee frappuccinos for my friend. She ordered it twice on two separate days, and -both- times they served up a caramel frappuccino instead. C'mon guys... Maybe the employees are supposed to push caramel on customers, who knows? They were still cooperative in remaking the proper drink.
